Mardena Construction Corp was founded and is led by Senior Project Manager Stephen Mardena, a New York native who developed an early foundation in disciplined execution, precision, and client accountability through his family’s construction business. Stephen built his professional experience in New York City, managing complex projects in fast-paced commercial environments and developing a strong command of coordination, scheduling, and delivery.
Drawn to Southern California and new professional challenges, Stephen relocated to Santa Monica, where he established Mardena Construction. Today, his hands-on leadership and project-driven approach continue to shape the firm’s focus on disciplined execution, clear communication, and high-quality commercial construction across the Westside of Los Angeles.
